Sharon Pak is a partner with Colman Perkins Law Group. Her extensive experience includes defending claims involving products liability, premises liability and personal injury.
Sharon counsels clients in identifying and mitigating risks and creating a comprehensive litigation strategy. She also achieves success for her clients through her knowledge of contractual and common law indemnity to shift the risk of loss to other responsible parties.
Prior to joining CPLG, Sharon was a partner at a boutique law firm where she managed all aspects of litigation in defending companies and individuals in general negligence, premises liability and products liability claims.
Earlier, at a well-regarded regional law firm, Sharon managed a wide range of general liability matters and handled cases involved in national mass tort litigation. This led to her expertise in insurance coverage investigations and evaluations, having handled numerous first party claims where fraud was suspected.
At the inception of her legal career, Sharon developed a unique, balanced perspective on litigation at a boutique firm representing plaintiffs who were catastrophically injured in claims involving products liability, premises liability and medical malpractice.
