Francis Fleming is a partner with Colman Perkins Law Group. His practice focuses primarily on the defense of personal injury lawsuits and first party examinations under oath.
Frank has handled numerous arbitrations, mediations, witness depositions and expert depositions, and he has prepared an appellate brief and orally argued in the 4th District Court of Appeals. He also handles first party claims, including coverage opinions and examinations under oath.
Previously, Frank spent 10 years in Northern California, where he tried numerous personal injury cases, including medical malpractice, premises liability, automobile liability, and Consumer Legal Remedies Actions.
His legal career began as a law clerk for the Law Offices of David M. Harney in Los Angeles. There the firm represented plaintiffs in medical malpractice and products liability actions. After passing the bar, Frank worked as an insurance defense attorney for Prestholt & Ramsey in Los Angeles. He handled automobile and premises liability cases involving both first and third party cases.
In 2012 Frank relocated to South Orange County with his wife Beverly, son Colin and dog Murphy.
