Witness and analyze a live automobile fender-bender at this interactive class in Glendale on January 15, 2015.
Back by popular demand, this unique hands-on experience presents forensic skills for recognizing, proving and litigating staged vehicle accidents.
A notable group of biomechanic and collision reconstruction experts, plus L.A. insurance defense attorney Jon Colman, will share their professional insights. Topics will include strategic statement-taking, effective photo documentation, physical damage analysis and evidence preservation.
Participants will also learn what constitutes a legal foundation for denying a claim and how to carry a case successfully through litigation.

The seminar, designed for attorneys and claims professionals, will include classroom discussion and vehicle collision demonstrations. Traffic officers from both Glendale and Burbank police departments will also be in attendance.
We extend our thanks to the City of Glendale Police Department which is co-hosting the event and providing a classroom at Glendale Police Headquarters. And we are grateful for our other generous sponsors, the National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB ), Mercury Insurance Group, which has arranged for the vehicles to be crashed, and Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
