With over 25 years of experience in the insurance defense industry, Kelly brings a deep and well-rounded understanding of complex insurance claims. Before joining the firm, she led the law and motion department at a Glendale-based civil litigation firm, where she focused extensively on cases involving suspected fraud. In that role, she developed case strategies, drafted and argued critical motions, and guided matters through complex procedural and substantive challenges.

Since joining Colman Perkins Law Group, Kelly has played an integral role in strengthening the firm’s investigative and litigation efforts. She conducts Examinations Under Oath with a strategic and detail-oriented approach, leveraging her extensive background to assess claims, identify inconsistencies, and support case development.

As Partner, Kelly will take on a leadership role managing and supervising the firm’s EUO team, where she will mentor team members and help ensure the continued delivery of high-quality work aligned with the firm’s standards and client expectations.
