Jon Colman, L. A. attorney and frequent speaker on insurance fraud and claims resolution, will close out the 2023 Combined Claims Conference on August 16. His lively, interactive presentation focuses on claims investigation, negotiation strategies and effective communication.

The session is styled as a game show of skill, knowledge and wit. Entitled “Jeopardy: Claims and Conciliation Edition,” this workshop caps two days of continuing education for those in insurance and related industries.
