Tina Ricard has more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a specialized focus on complex claims management and fraud investigation. She began her career as a private investigator with Shaw, Segraves & Associates, where she developed strong capabilities in interviews and examinations under oath, field investigations, corporate and domestic dispute inquiries, and uncovering organized fraud rings.

In 2002, Tina joined GEICO, where she spent two decades as a Senior Fraud Investigator. During her tenure, she worked closely with Colman Perkins Law Group to combat sophisticated organized fraud operations, contributing to significant claims payment avoidance. She has extensive experience in partnering with the Department of Insurance and the District Attorney’s Office on cases with prosecutorial potential. Tina also earned certifications as an Event Data Recorder analyst and a Claims Fraud Law Specialist.

She enjoys reading, attending concerts, traveling, and hiking with her dog, who has never once respected the concept of a “leisurely pace.”
