Talia Yessaie is an associate attorney with Colman Perkins Law Group. Born and raised in Los Angeles, she brings a strong business and analytical foundation to her civil litigation defense practice, with an emphasis on insurance defense matters.

Talia earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and obtained her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School. She is admitted to practice law in the State of California. Her background in business and real estate informs her approach to litigation, particularly in matters involving property, damages analysis, and strategic case evaluation.

During law school, Talia gained hands-on litigation and housing law experience while clerking at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse with the Shriver Housing Clinic, where she assisted tenants and landlords in Unlawful Detainer proceedings. She was also actively involved in the Real Estate Law Society and served as President of the Armenian Law Students Association at Loyola Law School, reflecting her leadership skills and commitment to advocacy.

In her practice, Talia strives to remain analytically sharp while advocating effectively for her clients. She is committed to developing thoughtful, strategic solutions to complex legal issues and takes pride in navigating disputes in a way that is both practical and firmly grounded within the bounds of the law.

Outside of work, Talia enjoys staying active, exploring new coffee shops and restaurants, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
