With an employment background and education in Information Technology and Business Administration, he brings over a decade of experience in the Managed IT Services sector. His diverse expertise ranges from assisting single-user mom-and-pop shops to catering to the technological needs and peculiarities of celebrities and large-scale organizations.

Stephen approaches IT challenges with a dedication to seamless operations that start behind the scenes, providing solutions to everyday problems and business complexities to ensure that every team member has minimal downtime and day-to-day headaches. The daily challenge of solving complex and quirky problems keeps him up to date with today’s IT landscape.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife; visiting museums, exploring nature, and in the hobby of treasure hunting at yard sales, swap meets, and thrift stores.
