Sheryl Lee Reeves is a trial lawyer. She joined Colman Perkins Law Group as a partner in 2023, bringing her fervent belief in the jury system to the team.

A civil defense attorney for her entire career, Sheryl has tried cases for private national law firms and acted as supervising attorney for major insurance companies.

She has more than 30 jury verdicts in multiple jurisdictions and strives to always wear the white hat. Licensed in both California and Texas, and admitted pro hac vice in other states, she excels in defending complex personal injury claims, commercial and personal automobile accident cases, premises liability, general business litigation and first party claims.

When not engaging a jury, Sheryl has conducted thousands of depositions, examinations under oath and mediations. She enjoys mentoring and is a frequent speaker at continuing education seminars for both lawyers and paralegals.

While lawyering is a joy, Sheryl’s other passions are golf (invite her to your scrambles – she can hit from the front tee!), creating the perfect chocolate chip cookie, and experiencing the wonders of the world. Happily married to an attorney, Sheryl and her husband Dean have four children, none of whom are lawyers.
