Shane Smith joined Colman Perkins Law Group in 2025 in the case-intake division and supports the billing team. He graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) with a bachelor's in business administration and a minor in finance.

Before joining CPLG, Shane was an operations manager for a stone and tile subcontractor, where he learned to manage both short- and long-term operations. There, he managed large-scale construction projects, negotiated contracts, developed and maintained relationships with clients, financed projects associated with the bidding process, and developed systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.

When Shane isn’t on the clock, he enjoys rooting for USC football, the New York Jets, and the New York Yankees. He also enjoys playing golf, collecting vintage baseball cards, and spending time with his wife, Thania. Most importantly, he devotes a great deal of time playing with his two golden doodles, Bailey & Millie.
