Robert brings 40 years of claims experience and expertise to his position as Claims Legal Analyst at Colman Perkins Law Group.

He recently worked in the Major Case Unit for Gallagher Bassett, handling serious bodily injury claims for FedEx. He worked closely with defense counsel and participated in hundreds of mediations.

Robert was the Corporate Claims Manager for MGM Resorts. He managed a team of adjusters who handled the general liability and auto liability claims against the MGM Resorts International properties. He worked closely with the Executive Director of Claims, the Sr. Vice President of Risk, and all of the property’s Directors of Risk. He attended and participated in court-ordered mediations and settlement conferences.

Additionally, Robert was a Casualty/Litigation Leader at MetLife, Key Insurance, Kemper Insurance, Gallagher Bassett, and CNA. He was also the Evaluation Consultant for MetLife and Allstate.

Robert began his career with Allstate 40 years ago. This is where he met his wonderful wife, to whom he’s been married for 35 years. They have two sons. One son works for a United States Senator. The other is a professional hockey player in Europe. Robert loves all sports, in particular hockey. He enjoys spending time with his wife and his boys.
