Rob Garcia is a claims legal analyst in the Henderson, NV office of Colman Perkins Law Group. He brings 20+ years of experience in personal and commercial lines to his position.

Most recently, Rob was a litigation specialist with Kemper Insurance. He worked with in-house and outside defense counsel in evaluating, resolving, and defending lawsuits for Kemper’s insureds.

Prior to that, he was working as a Quality Assurance Analyst with Checkr, Inc., a background investigation company. He has also worked as a Senior Claims General Liability Analyst with MGM Resorts International, investigating general liability claims involving guests, vendors, and employees of the various MGMRI properties in Las Vegas, NV.

He began his career at 21st Century Insurance as an Auto Liability Claims Adjuster, then advanced to becoming a Litigation Bodily Injury Examiner.

Rob is an avid fan of the San Francisco 49ers and Golden State Warriors, and along with his wife, they try to make trips to other states where their teams are playing. He loves to travel internationally when time allows, because “You never know what the local 7-Eleven in another country might have over the U.S. ones.”
