Miguel Gonzalez joined Colman Perkins Law Group as a legal assistant in 2026. In this role, he supports the firm’s legal team and contributes to the day-to-day work that helps matters move forward efficiently and effectively.

Born and raised in North County, San Diego, Miguel began his legal career in 2020 as a bilingual legal assistant. He later advanced into a paralegal role in family law, where he continued building his experience and developing a strong foundation in legal support. In 2022, he expanded his background further by moving into patent and copyright law, broadening his knowledge across multiple areas of legal practice.

Miguel brings a well-rounded perspective to his work, shaped by experience in different practice settings and a commitment to continued professional growth. His background in both client-facing support and legal assistance has helped him develop a thoughtful, adaptable approach to his role.

Outside of work, Miguel enjoys staying active through boxing, running, and yoga. He also enjoys traveling and spending time writing music with friends.
