Mary Kelley brings more than 30 years of insurance experience to her position as Claims Legal Analyst at Colman Perkins Law Group.

Before joining CPLG, Mary was the manager/member at Mary Kelley Litigation Services, LLC, where she attended mediations and settlement conferences for the purposes of resolving property and casualty claims. She also observed trials and arbitrations working with defense counsel and insurers to assess the ongoing risk and ensure the best outcome.

Prior to that, Mary worked at Progressive Insurance Company for 10 years as an Injury Process Consultant, Casualty Implementation Specialist, and Large Loss Manager. She attended medications and settlement conferences on very high exposure cases, did an extraordinary amount of training, and helped create and forge good processes for handling injury claims.

Mary was also a Litigation Specialist for CSAA, a Casualty Supervisor for CNA, and the Special Investigation Unit for contracted carriers while with Insurance Consulting Associates. Mary brings a broad range of experience to CPLG, having handled claims in General Liability, Products Liability, Druggist Liability, Premises Liability, Habitability, Homeowners, and Auto.

Mary has come back to the insurance industry after a 4-year hiatus sailing around the Eastern U.S., Canada, and the Bahamas, and completing America’s Great Loop, with her husband Mike. She enjoys cruising the San Juan Islands, hiking, kayaking, eating and drinking.
