Kianne E. Farmer is a partner with Colman Law Group and a Southern California native. She has worked in civil litigation since 2011, including on both the plaintiff and defense sides of employment law. She joined the firm in 2025 and is known for her thoughtful, client-focused approach and dedication to achieving practical, effective results. 

She is passionate about collaborating directly with clients and adjusters to craft tailored, results-driven strategies that enhance efficiency and deliver strong performance in every case. She is recognized for her straightforward communication, professionalism, and commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients.

Before earning her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2011, Kianne completed her undergraduate studies at the University of California, Santa Barbara, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in English in 2007.

Kianne enjoys spending time outdoors with her family. Together, they love traveling, especially their annual trips to France, developing their yard, and collecting fresh eggs from their chickens and ducks. She’s an active volunteer at her children’s school. Kianne also enjoys playing with the family dog, Piper, and spending time with her husband and their wonderful daughter and son.
