Karla V. Luviano is an associate attorney at Colman Perkins Law Group. She began her journey with the firm in 2023 as a law clerk, immersing herself in all stages of litigation.

As an associate attorney, Karla has served as second chair in two personal injury trials, working closely with the firm’s lead trial partner, James J. Perkins. During these trials, Karla worked extensively on case strategy, evidence preparation, and witness examination. Karla is well-versed in all stages of civil litigation. She has successfully argued critical motions, taken over a dozen depositions, and prepared trial documents and materials.

She received her undergraduate degree from UCLA in 2021 and her J.D. from Southwestern Law School in 2024. At Southwestern, Karla was an active member of student organizations, including the Latino Law Students Association.

In her free time, Karla enjoys spending time with her loved ones, exercising, and watching her favorite sports teams (the New Orleans Saints and the L.A. Dodgers). Karla is fluent in Spanish, which allows her to engage in zealous advocacy for Spanish-speaking clients.
