Attorney Jonathan “Jay” Nese’s practice at Colman Perkins Law Group focuses on first party examinations under oath and the defense of personal injury lawsuits.

Jay has practiced civil litigation since 2008. He previously spent over five years defending hospitals, nurses and physicians against medical malpractice lawsuits.

For several years, he represented micromobility companies and public entities in defense of personal injury and premises liability lawsuits involving electric scooters and bicycles. Jay has also worked on hundreds of automobile accident cases.

He is admitted to practice law in all California state courts as well as federal court in the Central District of California.

He graduated from Southwestern Law School in 2008, where he was a member and editor of the Southwestern International Law Journal. Jay earned his undergrad degree from the UCLA in 2003.
