Hunter Felkner is an associate attorney with Colman Perkins Law Group in the Irvine office. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Irvine with a bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Law and Society before attending the Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law, graduating and becoming a member of the state bar in 2025.

Before joining CPLG, Hunter was a Deputy District Attorney for the Riverside District Attorney’s office, where he gained incredible courtroom and legal acumen experience and handled a vast array of cases. He was also a member of Pepperdine’s Religious Liberty Clinic, where he worked with some of the most prominent First Amendment scholars in the country on cases pending before the Appellate and Supreme Courts.

Hunter is an avid fan of the Los Angeles Kings, Detroit Lions, and German football club (soccer team) Schalke 04. In his free time, you can find him at the Crypto.com Arena watching games and reminiscing fondly about his incredibly mediocre playing career. He is also an avid reader and studier of philosophy, theology, and history.
