Harry Kane joined CPLG’s Glendale office as a partner in 2023. He brings more than three decades of litigation experience to the firm, including 59 first-chair jury trial verdicts in California and Nevada.

Harry’s practice focuses on defending insurers in large loss cases.

A veteran trial attorney, Harry came to CPLG after 20 years in private practice, at his own and another boutique firm in Los Angeles. Prior to that, Harry served as senior trial attorney and house counsel for Farmers Insurance from 1987 to 2008 and earned several awards for top performance.

He also enjoys acting as a private mediator to produce positive, cost-effective results for all interested parties, having taken on this role in many cases since 2008.

An advocate level member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), Harry is part of the invitation-only association that promotes integrity and professionalism among U.S. trial lawyers. An active and longtime member, he has taught workshops for the organization since 2005.
