Guy Mailly has been a member of the California bar since 1988. Before that, he was in-house counsel for Texaco Inc., in its Denver and Houston offices. After passing the California bar, he worked for the largest Orange County law firm in its litigation section before establishing his own practice in 1991. 

From inception through trial and, occasionally, through appeals, Guy has handled civil cases involving business and partnership disputes, business torts, and breach of contract. After 42 years of practicing law, he still enjoys the intellectual challenge that each case presents and particularly enjoys the relationships he has developed with his clients—and occasionally, even opposing counsel.

He enjoys his nearly daily walks of 4-5 miles and the hundreds of people he has met on those walks. His passion for sports includes college football and the Texas Longhorns. He is a retired Little League coach.
