Francis Fleming has been practicing law since 1992 and is a partner with Colman Perkins Law Group. His practice focuses primarily on the defense of personal injury lawsuits and first party coverage issues.

Frank has handled numerous jury trials, arbitrations, mediations, witness depositions and expert depositions, as well as an appellate brief and oral arguments. He also handles first party claims, including coverage opinions and examinations under oath.

Frank initially practiced as a plaintiff attorney in Southern California, later moving to Northern California. There, he handled insurance defense cases at McDowell, Shaw and Garcia for 10 years before returning to SoCal in 2002 and joining CPLG's Irvine office.
