Dennis Newitt is an associate at CPLG, handling the defense of personal injury, premises liability, automobile liability and related matters from inception to trial preparation.

Dennis has over 12 years’ experience defending insureds and their carriers, handling law and motion, discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, mediations and arbitrations, trials and appellate matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Dennis worked on the defense side in a variety of cases, including transportation and trucking litigation, products liability, public transit agency, landlord-tenant-habitability, slope failures, business disputes, construction defect and medical malpractice.

Dennis has served as a voluntary settlement officer for the Los Angeles County Superior Court CRASH settlement program. He is admitted in all California state courts and the Central and Southern Districts of California, United States District Court.
