Blake W. Berger is an associate with Colman Perkins Law Group in the Orange County office. He is a third-generation attorney with experience in various practice areas, though his primary focus has been personal injury, civil litigation, and general liability. Blake has experience handling all stages of a case from intake up through expert discovery and trial. Blake is licensed to practice law in California state and federal courts.

Prior to joining Colman Perkins, Blake had a mixed practice of Plaintiff’s and Defense work. Just prior to joining the Team, Blake worked as a Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Attorney, handling claims related to premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, and medical malpractice. His experience as Plaintiff’s attorney provides him valuable insight that enables him to mount stronger defenses and resonate with Opposing Counsel to facilitate more resolutions.

Blake received his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego, School of Law in 2015. While there, he received awards for his participation in Moot Court Competitions and his extensive Pro Bono Legal Service. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder, earning a degree in English Literature and a Minor in World History.

Outside of his legal practice, Blake enjoys working out and spending time with his wife, daughter, their Golden Retriever, and army of cats.
