Jesse López joined Colman Perkins Law Group as a paralegal in 2025. In 2019, Jesse began his legal career as a legal assistant in employment law, where he was introduced to paralegal-level work and wore many other hats, including legal secretary, administrative assistant, and office manager. In addition to employment law and related class-action experience, Jesse’s experience includes labor law, consumer law, and business law.

Jesse’s professional background also extends into the field of social services. Before formally initiating his legal career in 2019, Jesse’s experience in case management had included years-long work with youth who had been diagnosed with mental health conditions, with youth who had been placed in the foster care system, with at-risk youth who had been entangled in the legal system and had been placed on probation, as well as with adults who had been diagnosed with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.

When Jesse’s not in the office, he is immersed in the world of music. He is a musician with nearly 20 years’ experience performing and recording professionally, specializing in drums and percussion—a craft he began to hone at the age of 12. He occasionally performs live shows and studio/music-video recording sessions throughout Southern California.
