Tammy Louie Thai is a Law & Motion attorney with Colman Perkins Law Group. She has handled all phases of litigation in defense of a range of matters involving premises liability, automobile liability, landlord-tenant disputes, general liability, business disputes, and construction defects. She also has experience in handling insurance coverage matters, employment-related claims, and code enforcement actions.

Tammy earned her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law, where she served as a judicial extern for the Honorable James Ware (Ret.) of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California and received awards in legal research and writing. She earned her B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.

Outside of work, Tammy enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
