Tammy Louie Thai is a Law & Motion attorney with Colman Perkins Law Group. She has handled all phases of litigation in defense of matters involving premises liability, automobile liability, landlord-tenant disputes, general business disputes, and construction defect. She also has experience with insurance coverage matters, employment claims, and code enforcement actions.

Tammy earned her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law, where she served as a judicial extern for the Honorable James Ware (Ret.) of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California and received awards in legal research and writing. She earned her B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.

Outside the office, Tammy spends her time with her family, working out, and planning her next travel opportunity.
