Geoffrey Gallegos is an Associate Attorney at the Glendale office of Colman Perkins Law Group.

While living out a decades-long music dream, Geoffrey was given an opportunity to get a law degree. Although initially inspired to pursue a seat in Congress, he found a love for federal civil rights litigation. During law school, he appeared before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals as a Certified Law Student.

As a second-year lawyer, Geoffrey litigated a federal case for which he worked side-by-side with experienced attorneys from the ACLU and other prominent civil rights law firms. In solo practice, he has provided legal guidance in entertainment-related matters, business transactions/corporate compliance, and civil litigation.

Geoffrey was trained as a musician to listen, compose, research, and improvise. These skills have translated directly to the legal field. Additionally, several years in the music business have honed his ability to recognize nonsense when it appears.

Outside of legal work, Geoffrey continues to get called for studio recording sessions, composition commissions, and music performances. He loves to cook, walk with his pit bulls, listen to Dodgers games on a transistor radio, and absorb all disciplines of the arts.
