Daniel J. Boyle joined Colman Perkins Law Group in June 2024. Daniel’s career has focused on international business as an attorney, economist, executive, and engineer, with expertise in litigation, prosecution, business planning, general management, project management, project engineering, corporate financing, and dispute resolution.

From mid-2023 to mid-2024, Daniel supported litigation and case resolution as In-House Counsel for Robertson’s Ready Mix, working with senior management and outside counsel on a wide variety of cases, from personal injury accidents to water intrusion damages, to various contract issues. From mid-2021 to mid-2023, Daniel served as a Deputy District Attorney and Prosecutor in Sutter County,
California.

Daniel supports business clients at the intersection of law, strategic planning, and dispute resolution on a global basis. He has advised start-ups and large corporate clients on a wide variety of complex issues related to strategic planning, market entry, regulatory analysis and compliance, contracts, and disputes. His commercial clients or employers have included SubSpace, Walker Engineering Solutions, Saudi Aramco, Bank of America, General Dynamics, General Electric, several engineering and consulting firms, the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association, and the U.S. Peace Corps, among others.

Daniel was an Adjunct Professor of Law for the McGeorge School of Law where he taught International Business Transactions. He has served in volunteer board roles and professional associations throughout his career, speaks Spanish fluently, and has published several articles on a variety of topics.

Daniel supports Colman’s clients in litigation defense and alternative dispute resolution, as well as case and fraud investigations. Daniel also works on international commercial project claims, white-collar investigations and litigation.

Daniel’s spouse of over 41 years, Isma, was born in Indonesia and has been an avid pickleball player for almost 20 years—a tournament winner, ref, and coach—but as she will tell you, her success has not improved Dan’s mediocre game at all. The couple have four adult children spread across the country. Dan’s love of history, culture, geopolitics, languages, law, economics, finance, and engineering have led to addictions to globe-trotting and academia—he has worked and studied in over 45 countries and resided in six.
