Dat-Vinh Nguyen is a Law & Motion attorney with Colman Perkins Law Group. His practice focuses on civil litigation defense, personal injury, premises liability, and all related matters, in particular specializing in law and motion practice throughout all phases of litigation, including trial and post-trial.

Prior to joining Colman Perkins Law Group, Vinh was in charge of the Law & Motion department of a Glendale civil litigation law firm specializing in investigating and handling suspected insurance fraud and SIU cases, before working for several years at a prominent Los Angeles-headquartered Am Law 100 law firm as a Law & Motion attorney in their General Liability Practice division.

He graduated from Southwestern Law School in 2016, where he was a member and lead articles editor of the Southwestern Law Review, as well as a member of Southwestern Law School’s Moot Court. Vinh received his undergraduate degrees, in English and Criminology, from UC Irvine in 2013.

He is fluent in both French and Vietnamese.
