Brad Byszewski is a partner with Colman Perkins Law Group. Brad’s litigation practice includes products liability, personal injury, premises liability, toxic tort, business litigation and corporate fraud. He also works with clients on matters involving real property issues, creditor issues, defense of claims against lenders and commercial transactions.

Brad was named a Southern California Super Lawyer – Rising Star in 2010 and for five years running, 2014 to 2018. He has been recognized as a Top Attorney by Pasadena Magazine from 2010 to 2016.

As an experienced litigator, Brad handles cases from inception to trial. He takes and defends depositions, drafts law and motions, works with investigators and expert witnesses, participates in trials, mediations and arbitrations and provides strategy, analysis and counseling to clients. He has also handled multiple cases on appeal, and was on the prevailing side in Perez v. VAS S.p.A. (2010) 188 Cal.App.4th 658, a published products liability decision.

Prior to joining the firm, Brad worked for a large California law group where his practice focused primarily on products liability, personal injury, premises liability and transportation law.

He previously served as a Mandatory Settlement Conference Officer with the Pasadena Superior Court.

In 2000, he received his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California and in 2005 earned his juris doctorate from Loyola University School of Law. Brad joined the California Bar in 2005 and is admitted to the U.S. District Court, California, Central District.
