Michele Levinson, partner at Colman Perkins Law Group, presented insights on public adjusters for the members of Southern California IASIU in July 2022.

She compared statutory requirement trends in California and several other states.

Michele shared background and developments on how public adjusters interact with and affect professionals in law enforcement, SIU, insurance underwriting and claims management and claims supervisors and examiners.

Before her law career, Michele was a claims examiner for major insurance carriers and was able to bring her unique experience to the discussion.
